State Park Branding

The main goal of rebranding the state parks was to create a set of logos that identify the parks while also creating a sense of unity between the park logos. In addition to this, making a poster in the style of 1920s state park advertisements was required. This poster needed to be simple enough to make sense to have come from that period, while depicting a modern scene. For this reason I chose to use ATVs, since they are a modern technology and fit into the theme of the state park well.
Creating Unity
Creating unity between the state park logos required me to iterate a lot. I decided to initially create a ton of different ideas, and then I used each of them to create the end result. Some required simplification, while others required refinement, but all in all, I was able to make a set of three logos that are unique enough to stand on their own while also being cohesive as a set.
